Hmm, in my opinion it was far too sensual. Not only were the actresses often wearing less than they should be, but they had naked statues everywhere. And then in the Phantom;s attitude there was a whole sensuality thing that degraded from the story for me.

Also, I don't like it when villains just walk off sadly and disappear, though he wasn't a very evil villain in the end. I can't bring myself to call that movie amazing though it did have some good visuals like the chandeleir scene at the beginning. That brought a tear to my eye.
